In March 2025, we proudly launched our brand-new online booking system- a digital solution that allows customers to browse unit sizes, check availability in real time, and reserve and rent a unit from the comfort of their home or mobile in just 10 simple steps.
Step by step guide to booking a storage unit online at Hull Self Storage
1. Visit the website - Go to www.hullselfstorage.com using your phone, tablet or computer.
2. See our storage options - On the homepage, click ‘Our Storage Options’ tab to look at either ‘Internal Economy’ or ‘Instant Access’ units, or choose ‘See Price Options’ from the main menu to browse them all.
3. Choose a Storage Unit Size that is right for you - Use the size and different types of units guide to pick the right one for your needs- whether it’s a small unit for boxes or a large unit for furniture and stock.
4. Click ‘Book Now’ when you have found the one - Once clicking the book now tab you will be taken to our booking page which asks for your details which are required to be able to complete your booking.
5. Select Your Move in Date - Choose the date you want your storage to start. The system will automatically calculate the price based on your unit.
6. Create an Account - Register with your email address to manage your account. You’ll also provide basic contact details during this step.
7. Upload Payment Info - For convenience enter your payment details securely through the system.
8. Confirm and Reserve - Review all the details, then click ‘Confirm Booking’. You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly with your booking summary.
9. You will receive a confirmation email with access to your online account - Once booking is complete, you will be asked to sign into your online account and sign our contract and advise alternate contact details.
10. Access your Unit - Once processed, you will receive instructions on how to access the facility on your move in date.
