Hull Self Store have had high bay racking for years to store archive storage boxes. However now, to improve the security and speed of access every bay has been barcoded. This also allows us to provide a more efficient service to our archive clients.

There seems to be an increasing trend towards more long term storage in 2011. Traditionally the majority of customers store goods for up to 3 months; but this year this is being extended; probably a direct result of the current economic times.


At Hull Self Store we have been offering cheaper rates to clients using the top storage rooms and these are been used more frequently for the long term storers looking to keep thier monthly storage bills to a minimum.

New Customer Friendly Cartons
Hull Self store will shorty be introducing a completely new range of customer friendly cartons.

The new range of cartons that will be shortly available to purchase from Hull Self Store will come in Large, Small, Short and Tall sizes. Each box will also have a user friendly guide on the side of it to show what items are most suitable for each box size.

All of the boxes come with the maximum weight limit printed on to them as well as a contents and room selection tables.
